If the scheduled tour is less than 12 hours away, no refunds will be provided.
Tickets booked for tours scheduled within this period are non-refundable.
Refund requests made between 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund.
Refund requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour will be eligible for a full refund.
a. Refunds Apply to Tickets and Food: Refunds are applicable to both the tour ticket and pre-booked food orders as per the timelines mentioned above.
b. Entry Tickets Fully Refundable: Entry ticket prices are 100% refundable at any time, even at the last minute or in case of no-shows.
c. No-Shows: For no-shows, only the entry ticket fees will be refunded in full.
d. The refund request timestamp (via our contact form) will be used to calculate eligibility for a refund.
e. The scheduled tour time is based on the pickup point selected during booking.
Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used during booking.
